Any defective product can be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. However, we do not accept returned items opened or sealed and we do not issue refunds on products simply due to not liking the taste.
You can access your subscription by clicking HERE and entering your email address or phone number used to create your account. Follow the prompts to reach your subscription dashboard where you can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you need assistance, please email us at beef@mywagbar.com.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. We use USPS or FedEx services depending on your location.
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping on orders of only one box of WAG BARS. Any orders for more than one box qualify for free shipping.
Currently, we only ship products within the U.S.
We do not send free samples, but we do offer a 4 count sampler box. This can be found on our Amazon store. Check it out!
The WagBar can be purchased online on our website as well as Amazon. We are also found in select convenience stores in Oklahoma.
The WagBar is not considered gluten-free.
WagBars have a shelf life of one year from the date they were manufactured. You will see the expiration date stamped on the packaging of each individual bar.
